Here at Mikes Transmission Service we utilize and maintain a substantial and ever growing library of technical information for the vehicles that we service and maintain. The correct technical information that applies to the vehicle that is being serviced is available in our library of information, right at our shop.
We utilize technical information supplied by Original Equipment Manufacturers, so the information is accurate and current.
We also utilize technical information from any aftermarket sources that are available, plus we maintain our own database of technical information that has been built from our own technicians.
We participate daily in the technical problem discussions on the Transmission Rebuilders Network Worldwide (TRNW) which is a transmission discussion and transmission problem solving group. This group combines the thoughts and brain power of many of the top transmission technicians in the world. Participation in these forums not only adds to a technicians own diagnostic abilities by the combined brain power, it continually advances the technicians diagnostic thought processes and abilities.
